Sara is a 2006 graduate of Cleveland Heights High School. She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia on a soccer and lacrosse scholarship (Division I), where she received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She continued her education at Old Dominion University, earning her doctorate in physical therapy (DPT). She has spent some time traveling and working and has experience in skilled nursing and orthopedic care.
Sara grew up playing multiple sports and although she was lucky to avoid any major musculoskeletal injuries, she often saw friends and teammates with injuries, which is how she discovered her drive to learn about the body. She was also influenced by her mother, who has a passion for helping people and putting others first.
Sara put these two interests together and chose the field of physical therapy. Her focus is to help patients actively improve range of motion, strength, and functioning and return them to their daily activities with minimum pain. Sara is also trained in the Graston Technique and loves seeing the positive results in her patients. She is very excited to be back in Cleveland and to provide care for friends and families who find themselves at Advanced Orthopedics & Physical Therapy.

Kelli is a 2014 graduate of The Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She continued her education at Youngstown State University, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2017. Prior to being at AOPT, Kelli spent 2 years in Columbus working as a PT in the hospital setting where she got experience working with a multitude of patients of varying ages and diagnoses.
Kelli grew up in the Youngstown area and attended Poland Seminary High School. Kelli spent her youth playing multiple sports to include basketball, soccer and track. Unfortunately, she found herself spending a great deal of time in physical therapy recovering from 4 knee surgeries as a result of various sports related injuries. This is where Kelli found her passion for the field of physical therapy after developing a 4-year long relationship with her PT who was dedicated to helping her return to sports safely and effectively. Kelli’s goal and passion is to build similar relationships with her patients to assist them in returning to their daily activities as independent and pain free as possible through strengthening, mobility and functional training.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys running, weight lifting, hiking, biking, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and dog.
Tim is a graduate of Lorain County Community College where he received his degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2013 and has been working at AOPT ever since.
Tim has always had a passion for sports and exercise and is a fitness enthusiast with knowledge and experience in calisthenics (body-weight exercise) as well as resistance training. He has played basketball, football, and baseball throughout his life and continues to compete in sports leagues. He loves to find new ways to challenge himself physically as well as his patients; with a strong stance on practicing what he preaches.
Tim is a huge advocate for living a healthy lifestyle and enjoys educating and informing his patients on ways they can improve their health as well, more than just from a physical stand point. He is also a Graston Technique therapy provider which utilizes a set of steel instruments to effectively detect tissue restrictions to improve range of motion and expedite the healing process for many injuries. He believes that every person can improve the way they move and feel to live a long and prosperous life doing the things they love to do no matter what age or condition they may have.
